What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a guide states an outdated rule, a wrong date, or a procedure that has changed, tell us what and where, and we will check it against the source and fix it.
- Broken downloads. If a .docx will not open or a link is dead, name the page and we will repair it.
- Requests. If you need a document or a country-specific format we do not cover yet, tell us. Reader requests shape what we build next.
What we cannot do
We publish templates and guides, not personal services. We cannot write, review, or edit your individual resume or letter, and we cannot give legal advice. For a letter that carries legal weight, treat our template as a starting point and confirm the details with a qualified professional in your country.
Corrections and updates
When we change a guide in response to a message, we update the "last updated" date on that page. See our editorial policy for how we verify and correct our content.
