ALL DOCS is a free library of job and business document templates, guides, and examples. Cover letters, application letters, resumes and CVs, formal and business letters, references: for each one you get the format, a complete example you can copy, and, on rebuilt pages, a download-ready .docx with no signup and no email wall.
How long we have been here
The site has published document samples since 2011. For years it held a large, sprawling collection of letters and resumes uploaded by contributors and editors. That collection aged badly: examples froze in 2010, advice predated applicant tracking systems, and many pages carried the personal details of the people whose documents were used as samples.
What we are doing in 2026
We are rebuilding every page from scratch. That means removing the old personal data, dropping advice that no longer holds, and rewriting each guide against how hiring actually works now. When we rebuild a page, we check that resumes parse through modern applicant tracking systems, that consumer and formal letters cite the correct current rules, and that country-specific guidance matches the conventions of the place you are writing in, not a single US template stretched to fit the world.
Who writes this
Guides are written and reviewed by the ALL DOCS editorial team. We do not invent an expert persona or attach a stock photo and a fake biography to our pages, because a made-up author is a signal you should distrust, not trust. What we offer instead is a process you can check: we cite our sources, we date every update, and we fix mistakes when you report them. How the site is funded
Advertising keeps the templates free and ungated. Ads never decide what our guides recommend. When a guide tells you to leave a photo off a US resume or to cite a specific consumer-protection rule, that advice is based on the sources we list, not on anyone who pays to appear on the page.
