Job Document Templates That Follow Your Country's Rules

Notice periods, referee lines and dispute deadlines change from one country to the next, so each guide states which country's rules it follows. You get the format, a filled example, and an editable .docx.

How this library works

Every document here is free to read, copy, and download, with no signup and no email wall. When a job asks for a cover letter, a resume, a formal complaint, or a reference, you get the format, a complete example you can adapt, and, on rebuilt pages, a .docx you can open in Word or Google Docs and edit in minutes.

Template sites gate their files behind an account, and an AI summary can describe a letter but cannot hand you one. This site works the other way around: the finished document is the point, and it is one click away. The guides tell you what to write; the download saves you the formatting.

Job documents are not the same everywhere. A US resume drops the photo and date of birth a Gulf CV expects; the South Asian and African "application letter" follows conventions a US cover letter ignores; a Kenyan or Nigerian appointment letter lists terms a US template skips. The guides here name those differences instead of pretending one format fits every country.

This library has run since 2011. In 2026 our editorial team is rebuilding every page from scratch: checking that resumes parse through modern applicant tracking systems, that letters cite the right rules, and that country-specific advice holds up. Read how we work on the editorial policy page.
